■ Shipping Fees
- Japan: Flat rate of 700 JPY (Free shipping on orders over 8,000 JPY)
- Asia: Flat rate of 1,500 JPY (Free shipping on orders of 3 or more items)
- North America / Oceania: Flat rate of 3,500 JPY (Free shipping on orders of 3 or more items)
■ Delivery Time
- Since our products are carefully sourced from our overseas production partners or made-to-order, it typically takes about 2 to 4 weeks for order processing and shipping after payment confirmation.
- Please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to peak seasons, customs clearance, or unexpected weather conditions.
■ International Shipping Duties and Taxes
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are regulated by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient).
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
